Come and Sing Bach in Leipzig -
Imagine walking the streets J.S. Bach trod every day, lifting your voice to sing his music in the very churches where he worked and composed, accompanied by a professional baroque orchestra. September and October 2026, the ultimate musician's pilgrimage awaits you!
This is more than a concert trip - it's an immersive experience blending artistry and camaraderie:
The Concert: A full-scale, baroque-pitch performance including Bach's Cantata 140 ("Wachet auf"), Cantata 147, and the Magnificat in D major.
The Venue: Performing in the historic St. Nicholas Church (Nikolaikirche), where Bach himself directed music.
The Director: Led by world-class conductor, Ben England BEM.
Cultural Highlights: A Welcome Dinner at the historic Auerbachs Keller, a guided classical music city tour, and a private organ demonstration at the Thomaskirche.
