The Stiftspfarrkirche Church was founded in 876 by king Karlmann. In 907 the Hungarian destroyed it completely. Duke Ludwig of Kelheimer arranged the re-establishment in the years 1228/31. The present building is the fourth in this place. The new church was consecrated in 1245 on the site of an older church. Ten years later the history of pilgrimage starts. As the church starts to become too small it was necessary to build a new chapel, which is the main church of today. In 1489 they started with this big project which was finished in 1511. Today this famous church is the last Gothic hall church in southern Germany. A highlight of the history of the church was the visit of Pope Benedikt XVI in 2006.

The German School Prague / Deutsche Schule Prag is situated in a green, quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of the former village of Jinonice, Praha 5.
It is a private international institution with excellent facilities comprising a nursery school, a primary school and a bilingual German-Czech grammar school. Pupils from more than thirty nations attend the lessons in a friendly and open atmosphere.

CONCERT TOUR PERFORMANCE (#3) IN PRAGUE

St. Salvator is a beautifully restored early 17th century church, located close to the Old Town Square. It is the largest evangelical church in Prague.
St. Salvator Church was founded by German Lutherans, with the foundation stone laid in 1611. The building was made possible by a religious dictate released by Emperor Rudolf II, which legalised freedom of religion in the Czech lands.
St. Salvator changed ownership several times as a consequence of political events, and was finally sold to Czech evangelists in 1863. Today the parish congregation of the Czech Brothers Evangelist Church worship here.
St. Salvator is set in a pleasant location in the heart of the Old Town, on a square. The interior of the church is impressive, made of cleanly polished stone, with a very high central aisle and large windows.
Classical concerts are only performed at St. Salvator at special times of the year.

Gross-Siegharts is a town located in the northwestern reaches of Lower Austria near the town of Gmünd. Nature and culture, history and tradition and a very appreciative and welcoming audience awaits our SCL participants here. The well-tended castle park surrounds Groß-Siegharts castle in the heart of the town. The castle, which dates from the 12th century, is the seat of local government.
