Name Changes and Deviations: As a rule,
passenger records (PNR's) are not transferable.
Any name change can only be effected by Concerts-Austria
USA. A charge of USD200 per passenger will apply
for each such change. Deviations are allowed on
the return portion of the trip only. Deviations
are at all times subject to availability. In case
a deviation request is received between prior
to 90 days prior to departure, a USD75 fee will
be charged per deviation. In case a deviation
request is received between 60 days and 45 days
prior to departure, a USD200 fee will be charged
per deviation. Deviation requests can no longer
be accepted as of 45 days prior to departure.
The maximum stay allowed can never exceed 30 days.
The return from a city other than the original
in the group itinerary may increase the fare.
